The Dormy House (DH) concept is unique and will offer a new level of accommodation locally, it is designed for first and foremost for our golf-oriented market. It offers internal space that is both practical and efficient, practical in the sense that luggage space and open 'cubbies' allow for an efficient way to live out of a suit case. Efficient in the sense that gross internal floor space of the bedrooms is carefully planned, innovative in design and not excessive.
